How does shipping work?
We offer free shipping on all Australian orders over $39, you can upgrade to express shipping during check out.
Most orders are shipped via Australia Post, you will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Larger orders (by weight) are often shipped via couriers as we have found these to be quicker than Australia Post.
(Australia Post likes to have 20Kg shipments just sitting in their warehouse for a week!)
Shipping time estimates are to major metro areas only. Rural areas may take an extra 1-3 business days.
What’s your return policy?
We offer a 30 day return policy, if you have not used any of the product, you can ship the item back to us for a full refund.

Do you ship internationally?
We can! It is quite pricey and shipping can take a while. Please reach out if you are overseas and interested in purchasing from us!
If you are located in New Zealand, we recommend shopping through our Amazon store to save on shipping.

Please contact us! We can do wholesale pricing on quantities of 100+ kilograms.

How much Silicone/Resin will I need?
Our silicone and resins both have volume densities of around 1.1g/cm3, if you roughly calculate the volume in litres of your cast or mould, you’ll need roughly 1.1x that amount to fill your mould! 😊
